About EA Compliance

EA Compliance is a small, personally run, compliance support consultancy that is here to assist your business with all its compliance needs.

Having developed and maintained a robust compliance culture at a well known London agency for more than 19 years, I have the experience, expert knowledge and the skills to support the needs and obligations that arise within the agency industry across sales, lettings and property management.

My expert knowledge in residential landlord and tenant law will help your agency focus on the solutions needed to meet the legal challenges that arise in any tenancy, including but not limited to questions of right to rent, deposit protection, landlord licensing and houses in multiple occupation.

I also have an extensive background of developing strong systems and processes to combat property fraud that dovetail to meet the needs of agencies to comply with estate agency regulation, consumer protection legislation and anti-money laundering obligations. In particular, my anti-money laundering knowledge will ensure you are able to deliver on the risk based obligations imposed by HMRC without compromising your business strength or success.

I have worked directly with a variety of regulatory bodies in the property industry, including The Property Ombudsman, and can ensure your business delivers best practice and enhanced customer service through offering sound, practical advice in areas such as mediation and dispute resolution, as well as ongoing training for all your staff.

In a complex industry, compliance can be daunting if you don’t know what you’re doing or how to comply but I offer a safe pair of hands to help you steer a path between your legal obligations and the practical considerations that you face every day. I’ll enable you to fulfil all your compliance obligations by creating simple solutions for your business that will stand the test of time.
